Nice riverfront choice
What we say: 
Next to Heng Heng I and a large restaurant by the same name, Heng Heng II is far superior to its namesake. The hotel has great riverviews from a big patio in the front and one on the roof, though both lack comfortable furniture. Rooms facing the river have big double windows and equally big, soft beds with wood furniture, TV, and hot water. We'd only stay here if we wanted this room. The decor is pretty plain, but this is a fine flashpacker choice.

2 nights at HH2
Stayed 2 nights to see the dolphins, a few sights, and the town. Pleasant enough, helpful staff (everyone in the town is helpful), room ok. $15 a night for aircon room. The hotel is a 1 min walk north from the bus station. Entirely reasonable, and entirely unexciting accomm.
