What we say:

Of the riverside Christmas cake hotels, this is about the best. There's a gazillion rooms, with the cheapest in a seemingly older building out back. There's nothing wrong with them -- think utterly unmemorable room, but at a pinch, they're okay. They're clean with private bathroom and WiFi, and a fairly popular restaurant downstairs. Rates are competitive and the ceilings, oh the ceilings -- we'll leave them to you to photograph. Watch the uneven stairs out back -- we almost took a nasty fall. Unmemorable, but reasonable value.

Good enough

My girlfriend and I stayed here with her parents. Decent rooms, efficient staff, and a good restaurant downstairs (full of locals coming in to eat which is always a good sign). The decoration is way over the top Khmer style, we found it entertaining. Top tip, buy some beers from the street and take them up to the balcony on the fourth floor - there are a couple of concrete tables and a great view of the sunset over the Mekong.
