Description
Almost straight across the road from the Ratanak, the Kim Morakat has clean functional rooms that are in far better condition than the Ratanak. They're no frills affairs, but are cool inside and have comfortable beds. A good central location.

The Stars Hotel (formerly the Darasmey Hotel) which is now being run by Mr Leng is better value and much more friendly.

The staff weren't very friendly and the room hadn't been cleaned properly.
