What we say: 
Located about 500 metres north of P'sar Leu along the road towards the river, this is the kind of place that can be politely described as 'ambitious.' It's new, and too big to really be supported by the trickle of tourists coming through here, and the location is a bit ill-conceived -- in a lonely courtyard, not very convenient to much of anything. But the rooms are quite nice -- tile floors, spacious, air-con, cable TV, hot-water baths -- the deluxe rooms add big desks and lots of closet space. But there's no good reason to stay here if you can get a room a the Sokha Guesthouse.

Looks like a short-time hotel
I did look at some rooms of this hotel and although at first it looks like a new hotel it is not taken care and there are no real hotel facilities. Seeing the price list it must be a short-time hotel.
