No great shakes
What we say: 
Shabby rooms with stained walls, a crummy courtyard full of mean barking dogs and piles of neglected construction debris. It's as if Sokha's Guest House next door sucked all the energy out of this place and left the laws of entropy to run rampant and unchecked. Could be some sort of rift in the time-space continuum, but, a more prosaic explanation is more plausible: Sokha's is just so good the folks at Nana just gave up trying.
