The Himawari Hotel (previously Mi Casa) has very smart wooden-floored, apartment-style rooms with kitchenettes, walk-in wardrobes and plush bathrooms. The riverview rooms are excellent but most of them are the more expensive executive options. The hotel has full four-star facilities including a swimming pool right on the river and gym. Very popular with medium-stay business travellers, the Himawari particularly attracts a Japanese corporate crowd. If within your budget, this is one of the best of the riverside hotels in Phnom Penh.
