Ko Kong Asean Hotel
Flashest in downtown

What we say:
The flashpacker option in central Ko Kong, the Asean Hotel has immaculate standard rooms with all the mod cons Ko Kong has to offer -- except for charm. Rooms have good beds, cable tv, fridge and hot water bathrooms with bathtubs -- the hotel propaganda calls the hot water facility with hot water tube. For the money this isn't a bad flashpacker choice. Most expensive rooms have river view (some rooms can see the river) next step down overlook a swamp at the rear which the hotel calls a lake.

Not bad
Right across from the ferry to Sihanoukville. The staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Not much to do here other than relax in your room, catch up a chat in the lobby with the staff or other travellers, and walk the pleasant town of Koh Kong. If your looking for a place to stay for one night, this is a good choice, if more than one night, I would look into the other options around Koh Kong.
