What we say:

Popular with backpackers and other budget travellers, Blue Moon is run by a Cambodian former park ranger, with a little help from an English expatriate. The rooms are spare but clean, although some are starting to show signs of wear and not all have hot water. Excellent WiFi and very friendly staff make this a good choice for those on a tight budget and there are a lot of places to relax in the leafy courtyard. The only real downside is that it's a five minute walk to the main area of town along a dusty or muddy road, depending on the season. Blue Moon also organise popular day trips to Koh Kong island and overnight jungle trips to the Cardamom mountains.
