Set a good ten minutes walk from the beach, Bar Ru's rooms are in a wooden and concrete house set at the centre of a large grassy property. To the left on entering is the bar and restaurant area. Staff are cheery and will happily show you a room while someone is asleep in the bed. The upsatirs rooms (with shared facilities) are a better deal as they were a little airier than the downstairs options. It is cheap, so if you're on a budget it may be worth considering. The guesthouse doubles as a cinema and late-night bar, so pack the earplugs.
