This rather charmless guesthouse sits on the dirt road leading down to Serendipity Beach. While the rooms are cleanish and all have cold-water showers, the main asset here is the sizeable rooftop terrace. There is a travel agent and internet cafe on the ground floor.

The ''New'' Sea View Villa has new owners, has been completely cleaned up and remodeled and is a quite nice place with a large variety of rooms and prices. The new owners are very friendly and helpful.
