Description
Run by the knowledgeable and affable Richard Blackley, a stay here is bound to be one where you'll be well fed and watered, and no doubt learn a thing or two about Sihanoukville, its history and outlook. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and although the hotel is on the main road the rooms are not noisy. Pool table, sports TV and so on are available.
