Passable bungalows, better building
What we say: 
Set at the base of Victory Hill, the original A-frame bungalows now sit in the shadow of a nondescript building that opened back in 2006. Though the bungalows have charm, the rooms in the building have amenities: refrigerators, TVs, balconies and so on. The corner rooms are the most spacious. All rooms here are well maintained (not surprisingly the newer ones clean up better) but there are limited views. The bar on the premises is popular with sports-fans and can get pretty lively — especially during football matches — so earplugs would be handy. There's internet access and a tiny foot-shaped pool.

not bad at all
My girlfriend and I had a great time here and paid $8 for a double room. There is a 24 hour bar that is not too noisy at all after about 11 pm plus they now have a swimming pool. We will go back there the next time we are in town.

Nice place
Friendly staff, good food, I would stop here on my way home from the beach for a bite to eat and a few beers often. Then finally stayed here for about three nights in the newly built section, very clean and spotless rooms with a nice little balcony. It's comfortable and a good place. A barang atmosphere, then again all of Victory Hill is a barang atmosphere. It's definitely a place of good vibes and a friendly atmosphere. Stay here before you explore other options, you'll be comfortable here. There are countless other options, but this one is a safe bet for those who have not been to Sihanoukville.
