Situated on an increasingly interesting little lane behind The Warehouse bar, this newish spot seems to be doing a good trade. The 22 rooms are all immaculately clean, and all have fridge, TV and air-con. Some of the rooms have quite small windows, and can be a little bit dark, so check first if that's likely to be an issue. There's no real atmosphere here which is a shame, and the lobby and common areas are not really conducive to creating one. There is a small rooftop area with some great views across Siem Reap town. For some reason, seeing all the tiling on the colonial era buildings (the ones that haven't been knocked down yet!), is fascinating, or perhaps only to some... Breakfast is included in the price, and can be taken in the small restaurant next door. A VIP room is big, with a lovely balcony area and a magnificent stone bathtub in the middle of the room. The staff seemed a little bit disorganised, but were working hard to get it right. Unusually for Cambodia, the staffing levels seemed a little on the low side, which might not have helped.
