What we say: 
All the rooms here are designed for families or groups of people with facilities such as a kitchen and large fridge to allow self catering. Additionally a lounge room with TV and sofa provide a welcome separation from the sleeping area and add to the overall apartment feel of the rooms. All rooms have either a verandah or balcony on which to laze the day away and the hot water bathrooms are very clean. Kubu Balian is a perfect destination just 300m from the beach for those in groups wishing to stay in Balian for more than just a few days.
