Choose between lumbung-style bungalows and rooms above the reception area at the compact Balangan Sea View which is perched on top of the cliffs at Balangan. The lumbungs are two-storey affairs which when used by four people are great value, but staff are open to renting out just the bottom floor to those willing to pay a small premium. The clean rooms feature a comfy bed with mosquito net, a fan, a safe and a bathroom with cold water which in the lumbungs is shared between the four occupants. In fact, the bathrooms in the lumbungs are situated such that guests get wet if they need to go to the toilet when it's raining. The pool area is fantastic and the communal area has satellite TV featuring big sporting events. Topping it all off is free WiFi. This is a good value option.
