Old with maintenance issues
What we say: 
The brochure for this place claims that the rooms are cozy, but they aren't. The rooms are old and have some maintenance issues, but are clean and have springy beds. The standard rooms are the same as the deluxe except the latter include air-con and fridge. The pool is compact and looks clean enough but once business gets busy there could be a bit of a deckchair shortage. On the upside, this hotel is located just a short stroll from a good stretch of Jimbaran Beach and this is the main reason people will choose to stay here. For the location this is very good value for a cheapish mid-range hotell.
