What we say:

The brochure claims a 10-minute walk to Kuta Square, but this isn't true. A better claim would be 60 seconds, as this is its selling point -- proximity to the beach. Given the close to beachside location, the rates are an absolute bargain, even if the rooms are old and the furniture hasn't been updated since the '80s. The big pool is worth a swim in even if it proves to be unpopular with guests given the beach is across the road. Given that the rooms are air-con and clean and the beach is so close, it's decent cheapish option. Only concern would be racket from the nearby restaurants and bars in the evening. No WiFi in the rooms but it is available in the attached restaurant.
