What we say:

This cheap and cheerful option set in a family compound has four upstairs rooms containing double bed, ceiling fan, cold water and Western toilet. The walls and floor are completely tiled giving a sense of cleanliness and keeping temperatures down during the night. The rooms are on the second floor in front of a concrete roof and are therefore not very well sound-proofed, meaning that the activities at the ferry terminal can be heard periodically throughout the night. Expect to jump out of bed in the middle of the night when you hear that first horn. When the horns sound every hour after that you'll just curse choosing such an exposed location. Breakfast is included.
