Ardana Homestay is a little difficult to find due to the fact that there is no sign indicating its existence -- look for the Ardana Car Rental sign. Once inside the family compound, you'll feel like you've gone into the wrong place because it doesn't feel like a typical homestay. Some of the rooms are used by the family to live in and the rest are rented out to tourists for 200,000 rupiah per night. They're surprisingly cool, but include hot water and air-con, firm beds and are clean. It's so pleasant in the compound due to the great shade and the hospitable family who will attend to your every need. This homely place represents good value.
