What we say: 
Although similar to its peers in terms of facilities, the Segoro Hotel appears to have better maintenance, the rooms appear brighter and the entire complex is like a breath of fresh air. The standard fan rooms are a bargain at these prices and the VIP rooms not bad either. All the rooms have Western toilets and showers. If you're considering one of the budget rooms at the nearby Elim or Kalingga Star, it is well worth taking a look at these rooms to see if you're happy to pay an extra 10,000-20,000 rupiah for a much better room.
