Rundown luxury resort
What we say: 
For a place that has obviously had so much investment in it, it was surprising to see this place utterly empty. Not a single guest. That's probably due to the incredibly steep prices and the fact that rooms aren't as spotless as they should be for the price range. The communal areas are spectacular with a mass of wood enticing visitors to while away the hours on the outdoor deck taking in the spectacular views of the turquoise ocean below. The rooms are fully featured with air-con and Western bathrooms as well as crisp linen on comfy beds, but they suffer from the scourge of infrequent visitors, meaning they feel ever so slightly rundown and at these prices, that is unacceptable. A disappointing resort that could be so much more.
