What we say:

This dated hotel, situated right across the road from the Tengger Caldera and stunning views is in many ways disappointing -- it feels tired, drained, shattered. All rooms have modern TVs and hot water bathrooms, but they haven't aged well and would be more suited to prices half of what they are. Still, it's popular with tour groups and domestic tourists who clearly find more to like about this place than we do. Come here if you're in need of modern TVs and hot water bathrooms, but don't say we didn't warn you about the feel of the place. Breakfast included.
