Hotel Mega Cikini
A little old, but still decent

What we say:
Strangely, to enter the lobby of this hotel you have to navigate your way through the masakan Padang restaurant at the front. Once through the restaurant and in the lobby, you're greeted by a fairly stock standard hotel scene which is carried right through this midrange offering. The carpets in some of the rooms in the Mega Cikini are old and in need of replacement with cigarette burns sometimes visible. The spring beds have good quality clean sheets, the old TVs have international channels, the furniture is a bit dated and the hot water bathrooms modern and clean. This place feels a little old, but there is still life in it and at these prices it's a decent deal.
