Basic surfer digs
What we say: 
This place has basic surfer digs right on the beach and is a bit over-priced for the quality on offer, although the owners are open to negotiation on long stays. The rooms are spartan and some are simply just mattresses thrown on the concrete floor. The toilets are Westerns and the showers pump out cold water. But the main reason to stay here is its absolute beachfront location and the fact that it is usually empty, thereby giving you a great chance of snagging a room and allowing you to negotiate for a good deal.
