What we say: 
Another budget joint across from the beach with wooden floors, Jesfa Homestay lacks the charm of Wooden House and BK Homestay. Regardless, the basic rooms have decent beds, clean sheets and a cold water bathroom with shower and Western toilet. The problem with the bathroom is that the wall doesn't extend to the roof so it feels more like a toilet stall at the train station than a discrete hotel bathroom. It's a decent cheapie and well-worth a look if you're on a budget.
