What we say:

This property located on one of the first laneways running perpendicular to the beach when walking from the bus terminal underwent extensive renovations in late 2011, making the cheapest rooms here among the best value we have seen in Java due to their cleanliness and modernity. The spring beds are comfortable and fitted with good sheets, the spotless cold water bathrooms have showers and Western toilets and the porch overlooking the green courtyard is a great spot to relax, read a book and eat the complimentary breakfast. If that wasn't enough to seal the deal, Bamboo House also throws in free WiFi. Astonishingly, nearby Mini Tiga is still the most popular place in town, but it doesn't deserve to be. Bamboo House's owners are extremely helpful and the prices here are negotiable.
