Hotel Komodo Island

Lacks charm

What we say: 3 stars

This place is a backup choice for those who either don't like nearby Bamboo House or can't get in. The cheapest rooms have spring beds with old sheets, squat toilet bathrooms and cold water showers. The air-con rooms also have centuries-old TVs that are a complete waste of space. Overall, the hotel lacks charm and this is a drawback despite the cheap prices. Standards in Pangandaran have increased in this corner of the market in recent times, leaving this place behind the game. It's still a decent place to stay, but it's best to check the others first.
