Lack of maintenance makes it feel rough

What we say:

The sprawling gardens of Villa Pa Ujang at first glance are appealing and entice potential customers to take a look around. But after walking through the garden and seeing the buildings up close, you soon realise that this place is not perfect. Maintenance of the buildings is slightly lacking and prices are on the high side. The economy rooms contain big foam beds, a couple of chairs and a table and some good natural light. For the quality, they are overpriced. The villas are large, but in some instances don't contain any additional features over the cheapest rooms. Some do have air-con, but we were generally unimpressed by what we saw â€“ cleanliness was an issue throughout probably due to a lack of guests. All rooms have cold water bak mandis and Western toilets.
