What we say:

Brother has concrete bungalows in a peachy hue staggered back through a garden that is getting the TLC is deserves. Rooms are big enough for an extra bed, though probably not for the football game that the staffer suggested could be fitted in. The bathroom has a fresh, cold water shower and the room we were shown had air-con — when we asked after fan rooms the staffer became evasive and it wasn't clear if they had them or they were full — either way we didn't see any. While the scruffy front-end to this small guesthouse is a bit offputting, the rooms are clean and well maintained and at this price it is good value for the area. One tip: if you're Australian, don't let the staff know unless you want to be bombarded with endless G'day mates!
