Description
Arimid is an atmospheric cluster of bungalows, closer to the slow-boat pier than the centre of town. Bungalows are adjoined by small balconies in groups of two or three. Made of dark wood and stained rattan, they're attractive and prettily furnished, although the rooms do have a slightly damp smell. The tiled bathrooms are clean and have a hot shower. The owners are friendly and speak good English and the restaurant offers the standard range of food at reasonable prices. Bus and boat tickets are also for sale.
