What we say:

A newly-built guesthouse, Keosithong has concrete rooms which are fan-cooled, clean and simple. All have bathrooms with hot shower and western toilet. The guest house is clean and well maintained. The furniture is a mix of old and new and some rooms come with broadcast TV. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you are looking to stay in a bargain place, with clean rooms then this could be your best bet.
