This family-run guesthouse has a range of rooms located on its large grounds, which include a huge pond. Rattan and wood bungalow-style rooms out the back fall into two categories. The cheapest are standard-sized, clean and decent, with bathrooms including a cold shower and squat toilet. Two other larger conjoined rooms have small balconies that lead onto the pond. Their bathrooms have a western toilet and supposedly hot showers but we couldn't get them to heat up. Inside the main building are large concreted rooms with bathrooms, hot showers and western toilets.

By that we mean they show up, in person, and pretend to be either be a potential guest, or somebody looking for a room for a friend or relative. Where possible the researcher will inspect at least a couple of rooms. The rates you see above are what either the desk staff told us they were, or what were in the brochure when they just told us to quit bugging them and look in the brochure. ok place - 11th December, 2007
we stayed here for one nighy and didn't see the place by daylight. We enjoyed the laotian interior design of our room with private baththub (beautifull chinese landscape painting on the tiles of this bathroom!)! inside the main building very much. Paul en Jeroen, Amsterdam
