This old-style guesthouse has recently had a facelift and basic large rooms are clean with matching sheets and bedspreads gracing the beds. All now have private, clean, blue-tiled bathrooms with hot shower, and the rose-coloured rooms also feature a small writing desk and a nightstand. Rooms upstairs have wood floors and cost a bit more than their tiled counterparts downstairs. There is a small sitting area out front which rounds out this well-located and friendly choice.

Suan Keo 2 has closed since a year or so! But the owners have opened a newly build Suan Keo guesthouse (same name) just a street behind it. The new Suan Keo guesthouse is at Ban Vattat and their phone number is; (856-71) 254 740 The owners, an old man and his daughter Phone are very kind, and the guesthouse is extremely clean. For a double room with fan and private bath we payed 7$. The new Suan Keo is strongly recommended! The ratings below are for the new Suan Keo
