Meaning little bird, this family-run guesthouse is tucked away between two lanes running from behind Joma Café down to the river bank. The surrounding neighbourhood is quaint and so is the house, with a mix of fan and air-con rooms. The size is sufficient for the one or two beds and simple furniture and all rooms have windows. Attached bathrooms have hot showers and Western-looking toilets, but some must be flushed with a bucket and water. The shared balcony upstairs lacks a view and the sitting area on the ground floor is more popular with guests for enjoying a breakfast of free bananas and instant coffee.
