What we say:

La Maison raises the bar for modern midrange accommodation. The lobby has a tranquil fountain, cosy communal seating and, for those travelling sans laptop, computer terminals with internet. Rooms have a flowing layout with mahogany floors, crisp white linens, and well placed bursts of vivid colour. All the creature comforts are present: WiFi, LCD TVs, air-con, and we appreciate the soft beds and comfy chaise seating. Bathrooms are contemporary with big bowl sinks, hairdryers and enclosed showers. Friendly staff may try to entice you with further discounts during the low season. Rates include a yummy breakfast served on the terrace.

Would go back again and again

We realy loved this place and enjoyed our stay immensly. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a seperate bathroom, a/c, tv and fridge. La Maison is located just around the corner of the center of Luang Prabang. There is free internet in the lobby. Best of all: the staff! Guys and girls, thank you so much for the wonderful time. Thank you for the cold Lao Beer and your stories. We'll miss you and hope to so you again one day. By the way, we were not the only guests who thought likewise. We've seen other guests who cuddled these great people before they left.
