What we say:

Just three bungalows with basic amenities are on offer here, but the price is right and they have great river views. The bungalows are connected by a maze of planked wood and have a balcony dotted with plastic chairs and hammocks for lazing in. Shared bathrooms are rustic but kept really clean by the lovely owner, who promises new bungalows with attached bathrooms in 2011. The location away from the boat landing is further than more new arrivals go looking for a room, so Banana Guesthouse is quieter and a perfect little hideaway. The adjacent restaurant has a huge menu so you won't have to stray far to eat.
