This place is pretty standard for Udomxai but much better than the nearby Vivanh Guesthouse. Facilities wise you get a standard Lao-style rock hard bed, hot water bathroom with Western toilet and a TV. Air-con comes in the more expensive rooms. It's tucked up the alley off the main road which leads to the temple on the hill across from Litthavixay meaning you get very little street noise. It feels a bit older than Litthavixay, but it's still a good choice should Litthavixay be full, which it often is. You also have a better chance of a discount at this place over Litthavixay. Just don't try and say Dokbouadeng Guesthouse three times really fast.
