A few rough edges
What we say: 
All the rooms here are the same grade these days with the option to rent a remote control for air-con in the rooms. The dark rooms feature rock hard beds, tables and chairs, wardrobe and in-room WiFi. The bathrooms are the hot water shower, Western toilet variety and do the job just nicely. The place has a few rough edges which at this price is a little disappointing, but it is certainly an OK choice and you could do worse. The office at the front can organise tours and car rentals. Take a look at some other places before settling in here.

May get a better deal elsewhere
We took the most expensive room on the 3rd floor of the building, showed on the right hand side of the picture, at 60,000 kip (about USD7). Double room with private bathroom, no air-con/heater. Room was dusty, as though no one had cleaned in here for a long time. We broke out our Teva sandals to walk around in. Bathroom handle was broken and hanging loose from the hole. Water was hot though. Blankets provided are very warm - very appreciated during the 7 degree nights. No free transport was offered to the airport though.
