Mr B's Sunset View Bungalows
Great sunset views
What we say:
Mr B's hasn't made many improvements over the past half decade and the rooms certainly are beginning to feel well-used. The wooden and bamboo structures on the water command sensational sunset views, however, and are worth every cent. The cheapest rooms share cold water bathrooms and the most expensive have private cold water bathrooms with bucket flush Western toilets. If you can get a river view, this is a top spot.

relaxed, nice views, good value
We had a basic bungalow with a shared bathroom for 30.000 kip. Our bungalow had two hammocks and offered great sunset views. The bathrooms were okay, clean enough. Sometimes it was pretty hard work to get the staff taking your orders at the restaurant. However, I don't think bugalows further down the road offer much greater value.

We Picked this one because there were two hammocks on the front of our bungalow. Friendly staff and lights that shut off at 9PM (candle light is best anyhow) were perfect for us. Some construction was going on while we were there, but they started late in the day so as not to wake the late sleepers like us. Two windows and two doors in our bungalow kept things nice and cool. Worth a look.
