One of the oldest spots on the island, Kong's has two huts -- one standalone, the other a two-in-one job. Well away from the more crowded part of the island, this isn't a bad spot to pick if all you plan on doing is laying in your hammock watching the river slide by. The rooms are particularly small.

king kong has now moved location about 500m from the bridge to don khon on sunrise side,it has now an european chef from sweden who has run it with the family for four years,2en suite bungalows,4 room guesthouse and the best food on the islands by far cant believe its not in lonely planet wonder whrn they were there last.obviosly more than 4 yars ago thats why they are on the slide old info is no info at all
