What we say:

This place is not on the river, but right in the centre of things, and when the two rooms at Mr. Sisavath's across the street are full, it's a good fallback option with easy access to the diving board there. Also, the location will enable you to sleep in if you like -- they are shielded from the hot morning sun, and the rooms have cool cement floors. They've also thrown in some furnishings, which is pretty unusual for Don Dhet at this price.
