What we say: 
This small place, right next to Pon's, pales in comparison, and the rooms are a tight squeeze, but we can't complain about the price. They also have a restaurant across the street on the water, with the same menu as everywhere else -- a good place to sit and relax in the evening, but the food here is disappointing and the service incredibly slow.

New rooms with AC - great value
This guesthouse has built a brand new building with 4 rooms with AC and hot water. The building and rooms are brand new, spotless, and have very comfortable and new mattresses. Each room has a large picture window and a private facing the river/main street. Rooms cost 100,000 kip for bottom floor and 120,000 kip for top floor (more privacy). It is a little bit noisy as it is on the main street but the whole town is quite quiet so it isn't really too bad. Staff are friendly. Overall, this is a very good value option if you want AC. Highly recommended.
