Situated opposite the Salachampa Hotel, this multi-storey hotel is average value compared to some of the other offerings in town. Their small rooms are cramped while their flasher offerings, though clean and well-maintained, are overpriced. All the rooms have TV and private hot-water bathrooms. The hotel's location is central and car hire is available.

Lao Cha Leun Hotel reviews

Read 2 opinions from Travelfish readers

Alright - 7th December, 2007
Compared to anywhere else in the world Lao Cha Leun would be great value, but it's true that for Laos it really isn't. The $12 room was clean and quite comfortable but you can have the same for less elsewhere. Nothing wrong with the place otherwise though.

Clean and comfy - 17th February, 2007
We stayed here twice and found it clean, comfortable and convenient. Very pleasant to sit on the balcony at night and watch Pakse fall asleep. Good sidewalk cafe opposite. Helpful staff, although the manager will try to talk you into using his very expensive car service.
