Ban Pak Gaeopansavanh
blink-and-you'll-miss-it

What we say:
This blink-and-you'll-miss-it place is located along the main road, marked by a small yellow sign that says 'Guest House' in English, and the rest is in Lao. Its main attraction is that it's convenient to the bus station and a good bit closer to the town centre than the Silsamay. Still, we don't imagine this place gets a lot of business -- it took some effort to scare up the staff here to show us the rooms, but once the owner showed up she was quite friendly, though she spoke no English. The rooms are decent and it'll certainly do for a night or two.
