Description
This is a cheap and basic guesthouse in the heart of the commercial area, just around the corner from the Lao Telecom complex. The rooms in the old building at the front are definitely grim and should be avoided in favour of those in the three storey block at the rear surrounding the seal fountain (non-functioning, of course). Although these are much lighter and better decorated they are still very basic.
