On a small street opposite the Lao Cultural Hall, Santisouk Guesthouse is above a restaurant of the same name. Stairs leading upstairs are tucked to the left of the restaurant. The guesthouse basically consists of a narrow corridor, a balcony, and the rooms. It's unclear when the last round of maintenance was carried out, but the rooms are now looking tatty and most of the fixtures and fittings are starting to fall apart. All the rooms have air-con, TV and some have private bathrooms with hot showers. The price of the rooms may be low but there much better options elsewhere.
