Description
Lovan has been open for a few years now but still retains a new, clean feel. Rooms are small, but good value, with air-con and a bathroom with hot shower. This is a good and popular alternative in a quiet neighbourhood, but not too far from the action. Try asking for a discount if you're on your own, especially in the low season.

I had a room with no TV, I think I paid $5, the next day moved to a room with TV for $10 but it was not worth the extra money. Mattress could be thicker/softer. Very friendly owners/staff, very quiet location near stadium and museum.

they are just behind dragon's. Really friendly people. but the size of the room (of lack thereof) shocked me...Not recommended if you like pacing round the room
Some trouble with the bathroom -

We stayed at Lovan for one night, and had some trouble here with the bathroom, because it didn't flush. Besides that no complaints. Not too much noise in this area.
