Vientiane's second Syri guesthouse, this location is a bit more modern and located closer to the riverfront. Their well-priced rooms are offered with your choice of fan or air-con and with private or shared bathrooms. The rooms with attached baths are bigger, brighter, and have a TV with a decent selection of English language channels. Some have access to a small balcony, but they are unfurnished and barred in. The cheaper fan rooms share fairly clean bathrooms, but note that not all have exterior windows. Staff are cheerful, knowledgeable about the city, and will even let you pay for your room with a credit card.
