Description
A new, fresh and clean hotel just up from the Mekong. All the rooms are well furnished with either twin or double beds and all have air-con, fridge, huge cable TV and private bathrooms with hot water. Oddly, though, they seem to have decided that lime green is a colour that people prefer. There are two VIP rooms that have king-size beds and large corner baths -- not bad really for only an extra dollar. Unfortunately they haven't got round to putting in an elevator, so only take a room on the 4th or 5th floors if you don't mind the stairs. Perhaps a bit old-fashioned but great value for the location and facilities.

The rooms are big, serviced daily and spotlessly clean. There was an attempt at a proper western shower, shower curtain and all, and a lift, which took this place to a whole new level! Also, cable TV, bar fridge, and free water were nice touches. It's a nice side of town to stay on too, as very close to good restaurants and nightlife, and plenty of other places to stay around if this place is full.

We ended up in here after trying all over town, and were pleased with it. Pretty characterless, but clean, fairly modern, in a very good location, and helpful staff.
Recommended if you're staying for a few nights.

Backpacker nirvana is now much easier to attain as a lift/elevator has been installed.
Nice bathrooms, good hotel service. well worth the $$s.
I got the last vacant room yesterday so the word is obviously out.

Big, very clean rooms with all facilities in a good location close to the river and lots of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
