The Tai-Pan is a smart, business-oriented hotel close to the river with a business centre, gym and swimming pool. As you would expect, standards are high and staff friendly and courteous. Spacious rooms are well laid out, with air-con, cable TV, in-house movies, fridge and private bathrooms, though none have a proper view of the river. Desks and arm-chairs are a nice touch. In the suites, you could throw a small party. Breakfast is included in the price as well as airport transfer. The hotel actually offers membership to the public to its fitness centre and you can use the swimming pool and gym for $6 a day if you're not staying here. Prices listed below are their standard rack rates so check their website or contact them directly for discounts and offers.
